PixaGame develops and publishes Orbya, a mobile puzzle game in which players move and rotate groups of colored orbs and match them on the game board. This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Orbya application.

Orbya is designed to be playable without creating an account. The game does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number or other personal details in order to play.

2. Information We Collect

Orbya does not directly collect personal information such as your name, postal address, phone number or email address. Orbya does not require user registration or a player profile.

3. Local Game Data

Orbya stores a small amount of game information locally on your device so that the game can remember your progress and preferences. This may include:

• Sound and vibration preferences
• Other game settings

This Orbya game data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to PixaGame.

Uninstalling Orbya or clearing the application data may delete locally stored scores, progress and preferences.

Orbya is designed as an offline-first game and its core gameplay does not require an Internet connection.

Your device, Android operating system or Google Play may use an Internet connection for application installation, updates and platform services independently from Orbya. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The current version of Orbya does not contain third-party advertising.

If advertising is introduced into Orbya in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to identify the advertising provider and explain any information processed by that provider.

6. Analytics and Tracking

The current version of Orbya does not use third-party analytics or behavioral advertising tracking services.

If analytics or similar technologies are added to Orbya in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Device Permissions

Orbya does not require access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location for its core puzzle gameplay.

Technical permissions may vary depending on the Android version and the way Google Play delivers the application. If Orbya ever introduces a feature that requires an additional runtime permission, Android will ask you to grant or deny that permission where applicable.

Orbya is intended to use only the minimum permissions necessary for the application to operate correctly.

8. Sharing of Information

Orbya and PixaGame do not sell personal information collected through the Orbya game.

Because Orbya does not directly collect personal information from players, PixaGame does not have Orbya player personal data to sell or share for advertising purposes.

If Orbya changes in the future and begins processing information through an online feature or third-party service, this policy will be updated to explain that processing before or when the feature is introduced.

9. Children's Privacy

Orbya is designed to avoid unnecessary collection of personal information.

Orbya does not knowingly request children to provide personal information, create an account or submit contact details in order to play.

Orbya's age rating is determined through the applicable app-store rating process. This Privacy Policy concerns data handling and does not replace the age rating shown on the Orbya store listing.

We take reasonable measures to design Orbya in a way that minimizes unnecessary collection and transmission of user information.

Orbya primarily keeps gameplay information such as high scores and settings on the player's device. Limiting unnecessary data collection is one of the ways we reduce privacy and security risks.

Orbya may be distributed through Google Play and may contain links to PixaGame pages or other external services associated with the application.

Google Play, Android and any external websites or services operate independently from Orbya and may have their own privacy policies. PixaGame is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy when Orbya, its features, technology, legal requirements or privacy practices change.
